I'm Nina Garfield.
Thirty-five years into a career I loved where I got to travel to, and SCUBA dive in, beautiful places, everything changed overnight, and it was the hardest and most transformative thing that ever happened to me. Today I coach public and nonprofit sector professionals navigating layoffs, organizational upheaval, career uncertainty, and retirement decisions, so they can reconnect with purpose, regain confidence, and truly thrive through change. In addition to being an executive coach trained in Immunity to Change Mapping and Adult Developmental Coaching, I offer focused sessions to help clients show up powerfully for interviews and what comes next.
